Therapeutic Exercise & On-Site Rehabilitation
Strengthening, balance and cardiovascular equipment are available at all three East Mountain Physical Therapy centers, so your exercises happen in the clinic, with your therapist watching, and then at home. The same plan covers adults, children and long-lasting pain, in Cedar Crest, Edgewood, Tijeras and Moriarty.
Exercise is how the results stay
East Mountain therapists use hands-on treatment to reestablish correct postural alignment and specific exercise programs to maintain flexibility and strength of the body. They do not just treat your pain, they show you how to keep it from coming back.
Exercise is what keeps an improvement after the hands-on work ends, so every plan has some.
