Excellent experience with East Mountain Physical Therapy. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping you recover and get back to normal life. They take the time to listen, explain what they are doing, and adjust treatment based on your progress instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. The facility is welcoming, appointments are well organized, and I have always felt like I was receiving individualized attention. I had a great experience at East Mountain Physical Therapy. Jacob did an excellent job working with me during my PT sessions. He was encouraging, professional, and always made sure I felt positive and motivated throughout the process. He took the time to explain the exercises and made sure I was doing everything correctly so I could recover safely. The whole environment was welcoming and supportive. I was very pleased with the therapy I received the other day at East Mountain PT. I was treated for some serious pain in my lower back by Asia. She did a thorough exam and listened closely to my description of my issue. She suggested a procedure called "dry needling," explained it to me and I agreed to it. The day after the procedure, the inflammation had heightened and was pretty painful. Today, it has started to diminish, as Asia said it would. So I'm very encouraged that it's working and will continue improving. Thank you, Asia, and EMPT.
